Frozen Food Forum at Scelta
Attracts High-level Executives

It seemed as though all roads from Germany to Holland led to the Scelta & Champimer “Kingdom of Mushrooms” on May 15, as members of the Deutsches Tiefkühlinstitut (dti) made their way to Jan Klerken’s Scelta Institute in Venlo to attend a Frozen Food Forum organized by TK Report.

Host Klerken (top photo at right) welcomed approximately 100 members of the dti and other guests to the event, which featured panel discussions as well as an extended tour of the premises and a separate visit to the headquarters of Bofrost in Straelen, Germany.

Among delegates on the scene were Philip Dean Kruk de la Cruz of Salomon FoodWorld and Pieter Kruithof of Oerlemans Foods (seen left to right in the photo below).
