Lamb Weston/Meijer and RWA
Form Joint Venture in Austria

Lamb Weston/Meijer (LW/M), Kruiningen, the Netherlands, is acquiring a 74% interest in Frisch & Frost Nahrungsmittel GmbH (F&F), Hollabrunn, Austria, from Vienna-based Raiffeisen Ware Austria (RWA).

F&F, which operates a potato products plant and two dough producing facilities in Austria with net sales of approximately 70 million euros a year and employs 280 people, will be run as a joint venture by LW/M and RWA.
